As I expected, his place is close to restaurants around, and there is a bank too.

There is noise around the room, because various nationalities check in there.

No soap no shampoo mosquitoes in room bed sheet full of stains room smells very bad lots of noise from other occupants..especially india occupants .

The receptionists are so helpful and kind.Especially the indian lady receptionist.The she deal with customers so politely and she is very responsible as she will ensure the room is well prepared before letting new customers to check-in.

Almost nothing, only good thing is there's a mamak right beside it.

Bed sheet has old blood stains, bed sheet has many hairs (leg? Moustache? Beard? Something else? No idea but it was disgusting), pillow case is also dirty. Soap was awfu smells like some school floor cleaner, no shampoo, iron board was basically dying - it was bent, almost broke in two! Charged so much just for one night but very disgusting and sh*tty. Feels like sleeping in a motel instead of a hotel LOL. Also, TV was unable to on. Trashy place overall.

1. The hotel room has a foul smell. I had to spray the entire room to reduce the smell2. The aircond is not functioning properly 3. No towel was provided. Only received after request twice4. The toilet door is broken5. The room is not clean

value for money... it's look like a apartment.. so comfortable for family (5 person)

BAD HOTEL I'VE CHECK IN.

i booked a deluxe room online for RM 78 per night but when I got to the hotel the receptionist told me that the room I booked had a problem with the air conditioner, so if I wanted a room with the same price, I had to change to a smaller room. but I refused. and he told me that if I want the same room, I have to pay RM 93. He proceeded without my consent. when I looked at the receipt I just noticed. most disappointing, the room is expensive and not worth it. The door is broken, the aircond is broken, it's not cold! water heater does not work. but because of the fact that already night n im tired . I just stay there..It's not worth it. with a fee of rm 93 per night that he charges. not recommended at all.

The way the lady receptionist attend to me I love it respectful and nice despite been an Indian lady

Too much noise in the hotel, filled up with rough looking Indians knocking on my door .the people around the hotel.look scary ..it's like an Indian dominated hotel

The location is very complex and a lot of random dudes walking around and felt a little insecure about this

parking lot still available and the condition area not so crowded

The towels provided are quite old and new towels are needed for the comfort for customers usage

The room was ok. Nothing special, just a budget hotel within the Cheras area. There are many eateries downstairs especially a mamak to cater your hunger. There are some water machines at the corridor if you need hot water.

You would need come here by car as the nearest MRT station is about 1km away.

The room is spacious with separated bathroom and toilet which is more convenient for family

Too basic

I like the most is the friendly Indian staff who able to answer me all the doubts softly and in detail explanation upon my check-in around 7pm.Other than that, location is also one of the recommendation to other traveller, mamak stall just beside the hotel, near convenience stores etc.

Sound insulation is too poor, i stayed for two nights but i really couldn't sleep at peace even thought i actually not really awake easily. The first night there was something wrong with neighbour which sounds like getting fight, alot of quarrels, crying and shouting in the corridor with Indian language, since 12am until 3am like that, but don't find any staff get involve to settle them. The second night i stayed was kept awakening me by the door closing sounds.... It is too irritating.
